I just did a quick photochop on one to make the edges a bit sharper.

A final product will look different, but it gives you an idea.

Perhaps orange is your color:

Maybe blue?

Green?

Again, the insert sections of the 1 and the slash are recessed.

How about something multi-dimensional like the ZL1 hood emblems? These are lacking that OE kind of profile that makes the emblem pop.... really just another piece of flat stock. Disappointing IMO.

We can't please everyone. But, yep - these are multi-dimensional. The emblems have a base with raised stainless trim and recessed inserts. I would call that multi-dimensional. If you are referring to a domed surface, you won't get that from these. That would require milling or molding - each of those processes have their limitations as well.

I am sorry for your disappointment, but I'm sure we'll sell the pants off these FF emblems

First I love it.

Second, not to be Debbie Downer but I suspect GM will not sign off on this suggesting brand confusion over the Z/28. The saving grace could be the low build quantity of both models.

Third, if approved I'll buy this logo!

The Z28 emblem was basically, at heart, designed for 4th gen owners who want a more modern emblem. Outside of that, I'm sure it will get approval, but the Z28 may take a bit longer as we've been told by our reps.

In terms of time, I'd hate to put my foot in my mouth and tell you something that proves inaccurate. But, we somewhat expect availability in a month.

I'm sure you will.

I had a set of your 1st 1LE emblems on my hood for a few weeks, just not close enough to a factory style look for me.

Flat pieces stacked on top of each other isn't my idea of multi-dimensional. Here's a pic of a factory ZL1 emblem, this is what I'm talking about.

Okay, then don't purchase our FF-style emblem Different strokes for different folks.
The way we make them we have the options of:
Design changes on the fly.
Appearance features can be specified for each customer.
And best of all we are able to avoid surface paint or vinyl stickers to get color on them. Both of which, will fail.
Thanks for the input.
