I found these little glowing edge LED Autobot symbols. I sanded off the chrome to make see through and added black border all the way around. The idea was to have the glowing red take place of the running lights.

Well I took out the tail light, cut it open, removed the factory diffuser and put in mine. It looked pretty sick, see pic below. But honestly it wasn't up to my standards of a "factory" look. The symbol didn't take up the entire space, to narrow, and the chrome was showing from behind. Even if I painted the inside black so the head floated it still looked off. Let alone how hot the factory bulbs get and what havoc they could play on LED's. And the factory bulbs show orange, never noticed before.

So I ended up lighting the front of my stereo system. Showing off the 1 Ohm stable Amp, 0 gauge wire and 2 Farad Capacitor. I had bought some very bright cool white LED's for this project and used just 6 to get the effect you see below. See, I can do subtle!!! No video needed, pretty simple little job. Once before I had a spare Knight Rider light above the system, but it was always on and to bright. I think this makes the statement I wanted Oh, I still have one amber Head left... Hmmmm, ideas?
HI,

Can you provide the links where you brought these LED's?

Well I do live in Vegas...

Other than going to forced induction someday, my Camaro is done. Took these shots back in April, forgot to post em

I do custom work here locally and the owner wanted to do a photo shoot with both cars. Sadly for him it's a Scion TC, I'm sure it has an engine Lights turned out great Last pic is of a new wheel kit I had designed, there real subtle like

Enjoy the pics!!!

Just what have I been doing???

If you've followed my thread over the years you know by now I'm quite insane

Since I'm done with El Diablo, my Camaro, I decided to create an entire car. Yup, make a car. Do everything my self. Rebuild it, fix it up and then transform it into something totally new. The Camaro was my inspiration but time will show I went for something completely unique

For know just one teaser photo and some hints. First, it's the car in the background. Second, it has 233,3xx miles. Finally, its a (gulp) FORD!!! Ahhhh, hahahahaha

Some have heard about it some call it "the abomination" I call it The Tamaro!!!

(As always negative opinions only show the person's own insecurities)

Buy my Masterpiece!!!

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...50#post8673250

I've had it for sale for a while, but I've lowered the price a bunch. I got new money rolling in, so I'm motivated to sell it.

Reason is I'm buying a Stingray Oh, and I finished my other project, see second pic

Finally sold car. Years later, haha. Didn't get what I wanted, but it's gone now!

New owner texted me 2 days later. Ummm, what do all these switches and remotes do? :P

No longer want a Stingray, thinking C5 Vette or old GTA Trans Am. Been building a 98 S Class Benz to keep myself from being bored. It cost $480, lol, painting it now

It's a Chevy this time ;)

I like to think I create art... All the money I got from selling the old Orange Camaro easily paid for this build

This is a 2002 Corvette C5 I bought for $7k, cheaper than most wrecked cars, in Phoenix AZ. Only issue was massive oil and trans leaks. Sadly I removed perfect body work to do my thing

Other than what you see I did Heads and Cam, approx 500 crank HP now Full custom stereo dual mode exhaust etc. I painted it factory Laguna Blue Metallic or Blue me Away. Being me I put 4 coats of blue flake on top and wet sanded it to perfection (after these pics). Flake can only be sen in person of course. All work done by me in a 2 car garage

Someone recently asked me to builod them a Vaydor

Enjoy the pics and I finally got my Stingray
