Ended up using a relay and a couple add-a-fuses (AAFs). AAF 1 gets a trigger wire off the high beam fuse and AAF 2 feeds power into the fog light fuse (fused power too, yay safety!). Power source comes from the cable bolted onto the box, and ground comes from the fender bolt adjacent the fuse block. Works like a charm, and any back feed from the fogs would just be fed back to the battery, positive to positive. If anyone has any questions, PM me (no matter how old the thread, I'll do my best to help)

I ordered a set of fog lights from Phastec and they stay on with the high beams. They were plug and play hook ups.

Yeah. The high beams shoot farther down the road while the fog lights keep things that are up close lit up nicely. Definitely worth it in my opinion

My headlights were aimed too high from the factory which annoyed me on high beam and annoyed everybody on low beam. Bought a 6 mm hex key and I have plenty of light where I need it now. There's an aiming thread on here from 2011 with GM diagrams.

Yeah, like DvKiller said , it lights up the road directly in front of the car and seems to light up the shoulder of the road better. I have the projector foglights on mine .

I still can't believe somebody doesn't make a harness or some kind of connector to fix this problem. I have the same issue with my Hummer. but there is a fix on the Hummer forums, I just haven't taken the time to do it.

Sorry.... Bump

I don't have the factory halos. But do have aftermarket SPYDER Halo/projector lenses

Thanks for the reply

^This will do exactly as you wish for the non-ZL1 people.

"This harness is for those with 2010-2015 (non-ZL1) Camaro's with factory equipped foglamps and wish to have their foglamps come on automatically instead of having to use the push button on the dash. This harness will discontinue the function of the switch and allow the foglamps to come on automatically at night. This harness is not meant for those with 10-13 RS models that are looking for their DRL's to come on at night, this is only for those that have factory fog lights that are controlled via switch. The fog lights will also remain on with the highbeams. If you need the fog lights to go off with your highbeams please refer to our foglamp override with highbeam off fucntion."

No problem. I just installed the LS Fog Light kit from them the other weekend and love it! Great quality, fast shipping, and will answer any questions you might have prior, during or after install. I had a quick question about the LS bezel and they emailed me back within ~2 hours
