Summer Meet, Sunday 19th July 2020 meeting at 11:00 am prompt ! :-)

As it is a gathering on private land please *CONFIRM your attendance* on this Post below, as there is limited Space.

Bring: your Camera, a Picnic AND your Camaro :-O

Indicative list below, will be allocated to those coming.

RickGM --- BBQ Nibbles & Buns

?? --- Fruit Salad (ready prepared)
?? --- Cheesecake (large one)

RedLeader --- Chocolate Gateaux (large one)

?? --- Donuts - box of 12
?? --- Mixed leaf Salads (5 bags)

Pete1LE --- Coleslaw etc, Potato Salad etc (6 Pots)

?? --- Ketchup, Mustard, BBQ Sauce, Margarine, Mayo, etc

Joe90 --- Paper Plates, Bowls, Cups (for 30)

?? --- Paper Serviettes & Wooden Cutlery (for 30)
?? --- Crisps (24 Packets)
?? --- Cans, Bottles of Fizzy Drinks (Fanta/Coke,etc) 4 * 2L Bottles
?? --- Cartoons of Fruit Juice (5 * 1 Litre Cartons)

TOILET Facilties:

Men can wee in the fields
Ladies or other Bodily functions … will have to visit the local Pub 1.3 Miles away.

Depending on COVID limitations I'll be there with my black 2012. I'll bring a bunch of desserts and drinks.
