OK after much searching, the standard equation seems to be old diameter divided by new diameter times actual final drive equals new final drive
28/26x3.45=3.71

Is your pump lower than your reservoir? If so then it shouldn't matter if air is somewhere else in the system. Gravity should prime your pump and it should push the bulk of the air to the highest point which I assume is your reservoir. I'd bet on a kinked hose or bad pump. You've checked to make sure they didn't forget to plug it back in?
Pump is working fine, the fans are also tied into its harness and they work fine.. took a meter to the pump, its getting power. Rigged up a cable to the pump it kicks on.

Kinked hoses.

It's getting the issues sorted out as we speak, I hope.

Intercooler/Supercharger to Reservoir hose, it's a small hose, looksto be no issues here.

Reservoir to Pump hose I can get to, it looks kinked pretty badly, since the old heat exchanger was smaller, so this one needs trimmed.

Pump to Heat exchanger, I can reach, does not seem to be an issue.

Heat exchanger to Intercooler/supercharger, I cannot reach this hose as it is mainly behind the bumper at it's lowest point. Back to the shop it goes to have this system looked over.

Did a pretty quick data log, IAT2s are about 85*F higher than normal without the pump flowing, spark is being pulled back anywhere from 8-10* in the power band... no wonder I dynoed less than stock lol. Thats about 80-100hp I lost... ouch.
