I am working with a few guys here in the greater Ventura County area to create a Gen 5 Camaro Club. Was mulling over the idea of having a group make a power run to Chumash Casino! That is...if they block out a section for us all to park together.

hey guys we need plan a get together, I live in Lompoc. Another guy here named Kold (he lives in Arroyo Grande)and I started talking about making up some flyers to pass out. So we could get something going. Not sure how to get anything going, if anyone wants to step up and lead that would great

I'm in Ventura. Car getting some upgrades but would like to get together sometime in the future for a run or just getting to know everyone local and compare/share mod ideas.

So there's no Camaro club in the CenCal.....let's just make one! I'm already thinking some awesome CCCC logo ideas! I will say from what I've seen around my area there's not many Camaros, so hopefully we can get exposure from this forum. We can make handouts to keep in our cars that will have some club info, that we can give to any Camaro owners we happen to come into contact. We'd have to do some car shows also to meet other Camaro owners that my not be Internet savvy, so they may have no clue about this forum.

I'm down with running with this because I just moved to Cali from NJ and would love to meet people with similar interest.

So let's let the brain storming begin.... I guess after some thought & ideas, I'll throw our own club thread up, but let's make this kick ass, bad ass!!

YOOOOOOOOOO LETS DO THIS!!!! haha Like John said im in AG and see all kinds of 5th gen camaros but have been looking for something local and cant find anything. Its all Socal or Northcal and the Fresno Bakersfield guys. If you guys are doing a run let me know i go to socal and travel all the time. I did a photoshoot with the fresno guys at pismo beach and got to say it was the shit!!! lol Keep me posted

How about meeting on the 7th or 14th of January at Goleta beach (Santa Barbara area) plenty of parking and there ios a place called the elephant bar not far. What do you guys think?

If I get my car back by then, the 14th would be great for me. Now how do we get all the other Camaro owners local to us to come. I know there are lots in TO, Simi Valley, Pismo, and others cause I see them all the time. If we can get this going I do know of some local speed shops that might be interested in our combined business. Just some ideas running through my head.......

theres speed shops around here?? i havent seen 1. we need to think of something though i was thinking flyers but kinda hard to find the time to do it or at least for me cause i have so many side projects going on besides work.
