there is a noise coming from somewhere around my turbo or maybe it is the turbo but i have no clue what it is. it sounds like air leaking out of a tire but its not that cause its only when the car is. Could it be a boost leak or something like that? its pretty loud i can hear it from around 15 feet away
any suggestions? im gonna jack it up and look at it on a warmer day

Seriously you need to sell that kit and get a good one. Your problems are not normal for a quality turbo system at all.

Honestly I'd love to get rid of the car and start over with a Z06 but I just put too much money into and couldn't let it go for what it's worth

So what happened with your scavenge pump? Did you end up going with the turbowerx pump or a 4th one from IPS?

I got another from IPS, it was free so whatever. I didn't really wnna spend the money yet on another pump, I'm trying to save up axles and drive shaft. If it happens again I'm gonna go with turbowerx

I presume you arent driving the car when you hear the noise....given you're 15 feet away ?
