Any way to pull timing? Colder plugs? Wideband to monitor afr? Do you know how to read plugs after doing a hit?

What kit is it and is the fuel system stock?

Shouldn't be an issue as long as you tune it in with jets to make sure it isn't lean.

if you can pull timing it shouldn't be a problem and read the plugs to make sure

The Old LS1s were Shy on timing from the factory so they had some room to add 100 shot without issue.

These new L99-LS3 are a lot closer to max timing so there is not the room you had on the LS1

If you put some race gas in, Say 5 Gallons of 100 to 10 Gallons of 93 that would cover you providing you have the AFR correct.

Good Luck and go kick some butt.

Ted.

What is a good afr to shot for while spraying an ls3 on pump gas, I've heard everything from as rich as 11.5 and some say as high as 12.8??

Thank you, I come from a turbo 4 and 6 cylinder background and tuned for boost always stayed around 11.5 to 12:1 so figured it was similar with nitrous

12.1-12.5 should be ok, safer would be the lower. BR70F would be a better choice for a plug but the TR6 will do.
