Got one of these $6 seat belt adjusters. Works fine in keeping the shoulder strap off your neck. Another good thing is that when the seat belt is unclipped and the shoulder strap slides up the side of the seat the adjuster makes it real ez to reach the buckle instead of having to reach all the way up to the loop to grab the buckle.

I'm 6' and that was the first thing I noticed test driving the car. I just got a belt pad and its fine now.
