Didn’t read this entire thing, so I’m not sure if it was mentioned. I have an A6. How much you think it would cost to install a cam at home? Compared to a shop where I’ve been quoted $5,000+.

Did mine myself for about $1200 plus the cost of a tune afterwards so its easily done for under $2000

Bank on at least a grand more then the manual counterpart but more realistically about 1500. A good converter will cost you and the dod delete is another 500 or so depending on what you pick. I did mine and after a tune I was in the mid 3000s or so

Maybe it was mentioned in the 22 pages I didn't totally read through but I see some people degree their cam and some don't. Any thoughts on this?

Robert,

Great article. I have been thinking about upgrading my engine and you convinced me it’s possible. Thanks for all the tips and tricks. One question, do you know what wheels are on the Camaro?

Thanks

Chuck

So shocked I've never seen this here before, I must be blind. By a mile, the single best write up I've ever seen.

Why'd he leave the forum?

As someone said earlier, Challenger for the SS? SS all day. My dad has a Challenger and that this is fun, but it's a dog anywhere else than a straight line.

Does anyone still have access to the videos? The write-up and pics are awesome, but the vids would be nice to have as well.
