When I was a kid my step dad had a racecar, some of my greatest childhood memories were at the drag races.

I dont have the guts to race. My mom told me about the first time she drove the racecar at the track. My step dad told her to floor it! She said she nearly shit her pants! She was not expecting that kind of power. He had a 67 or 68 Nova that ran mid 9 seconds. I can't even imagine what the top fuel cars would be like.

DO IT!! It is scary at first but a good track / school will ease you into. You can't go fast until you know how to handle it so they teach you the fundamentals first.
