does it have eyelets so it can be cable locked on? if not id be afraid it would be gone after the first use outside.

yes it does. I never really looked until you mentioned it. but yes. Also if anyone wants to see some pics i took some of it half way on my car. First time I ever put it on the car. also some pics of the bag it comes with and the manual and of those eyelet holes you mentioned

This is rated to be used in the snow? If so, yeah, I'd like to check the pics.

I wouldnt say its snow material. Its more light weather, keep dust off. If I you were looking for an extreme weather covers look for something with a thermoplastic /polyurethane mid layer and fleese under layer. GM doesnt make a custom fit but I am sure a universal car cover will work for your needs. (I use to live in northern new york)

BE carefull with putting the lock tie down on! storm last year made my cover come off and the cable and lock made a 1x1 ft square white from all the scratches! u just put it on if if falls of then so be it!!! fyi
