Overall it's fine/fun, but 500rwhp didn't feel as badass as I thought it would... planning what's next...
I cant speak to the effect the NPP might have on the tone of your exhaust but mine wasn't as loud as I thought it would be which, Im happy for. It does talk to me loudly when I hammer the throttle! As for the smell and the extra decel popping Im gonna say you do have a leak cuz mine pops a little less then it did and I have no smell at all!

Sounds to me like your tuner doesn't know how to tune! I have headers, cam, NPP, and it sounds awesome! No machine gun popping either...

I'm loving my SE headers so far! No leaks or anything. I am actually a big fan of the sound with these headers connected to the stock catback. No drone, and a nice quiet idle that wakes up when you hammer the throttle.

No tune on mine yet, and decel popping is about the same as stock. Can't wait to get a cam in and really wake the beast up!

Curious on what other mods you have!

I was happy with my factory mufflers for about a month, then I did a muffler delete. It's loud and I love it.

Does speed engineering make high flow cats for their headers?

You hit 500 wheel with longtubes, an intake, and a stage 3 cam? I'd like to know how you managed to do so!

Unfortunately, no. You'll either have to outsource or just buy TSP longtubes with their cats. It will be roughly the same amount and you'll buy it all in one place.

Do these headers eliminate the cats?

Yes. They have "off-road pipes" that are essentially just hollow dummy cats.

Would that give you issues with passing emissions/inspection in some states?
