Thanks
I'm going in my Z/28 but I might be behind you, I've only been on this track once and not in the Z/28, I will be taking it easy, getting used to both the car and the track

here is a V6 tearing it up at NCM. its all about seat time, not HP. i ride a lot in the right seat and its hard not to laugh when one of my miata or M3 students runs down a hellcat lol. im laughing right now. they are all gassing it while watching their mirrors and getting worse all the time.
if your new at this, just relax and enjoy it. a good driver does three things. hands at 3 and 9, look way down the road, and be smooth with all the controls. if a guy is having a problem, i gaurentee you he is not doing one of these 3 things. oh and the fourth thing, HAVE FUN!!!

I would totally sign up for this but i'm afraid my car is too loud and they won't let me. Don't want to spend the money only to find out i can't run.

You should be fine unless you're running cut outs or open headers, Johnsonrod has said they will have baffles that can be installed if need be at the track with his assistance.

This is the most fun you can have with your car for 25-30 minutes at a time and not get in trouble plus you get to do it multiple times throughout the day to boot.

Wanted to get back to you regarding convertibles. Sorry for the delay.

NCM track policies require that any convertibles, no matter what run group, must have a safety roll bar installed in order to participate.

If we don't hit our number, then we can't use the Full Course. So sign up!!

In all seriousness, though, we managed to reach our required attendance number last time fairly easily and used the full track...but not until a month or two prior to the event. We need all the participation we can get, early...for the purposes of deposits and payments to the facility.

IF...a big "IF"...we end up with West course only...it is still a helluva good time. No reason not to race. The West course contains most of the technical fun bits of the full course, minus the Sinkhole.

I've watched all of your videos and they make mine look as if I'm running with a parachute deployed by comparison lol. I pick up more little clues on how be better on track with each viewing of one of your videos. Keep them coming, we love to see them. I've been watching and recording the Mickey Mouse clubhouse with my 14 month old grandson when he's over so I try and clear my head of the club house theme song also. So I feel your pain. lol
