Yes, rebuilding a car from a serious wreck is worth time/effort if you are doing majority of the work. This particular 1LE would be questionable to fix from a hard side impact that exposes all of the front tire, damage pushed up and into the A-pillar, door pushed passed the door seal, roof buckle. That is what seen from just the picture.

As mentioned possible floor pan and fire wall damage is sure sign that it would take a lot with frame machine t square up. Why go down that rabbit hole, find something less risk.

The YouTube hype on fixing salvage has increased prices of scoring a good deal or finding higher end cars before others know of it.

I admit following goonzsquad and others is good reference of starting out but as my main bread winner for income why hassle. They do put on a good show of trial and error with being new to the game. FAST02Z06 looks to be doing it right and is seasoned but I would pass on this 1LE as a project unless it was dirt..dirt cheap.. gives more room for mods and such in the end..

That was kind of my point.
They want $19,999 for that wrecked 1LE, and you can get a clean one for low $30's.

Well if Fast02Z06 thinks it can be fixed and has the experience with totaled vehicles, he should buy it and repair the damage for resale. I know I wouldn’t buy a damaged vehicle like that to drive after someone repaired it with that extensive damage.
