Glad I'm not the only one. Just been a light chirp that eventually goes away and sometimes doesn't happen at startup at all. Trying to hold out but also feel like it's something I should address before it's an issue Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Have you checked if the idler pulleys spin freely?

gotta check that out this week Quote:
I keep an extra belt in my trunk. Might be worth changing if the pulleys move freely Better than dropping $300 on bearings if I don't need to Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Belt might help. I changed mine when swapping to the overkill PS kit and I haven't heard it yet. Don't think they have a gatorback/continental belt that is the same spec as the stock IPF gates belt. At least for LLT's. Edit: realized you had a LFX, could try the gatorback like sycraft had.

With the stock head unit pulley? Or is this on the 2.95 pulley?

IPF Supercharger FAQ
Based on the original post in this thread
LFX belt with original pulley is: Gates K061075 (108.115 length) Goodyear Gatorback equivalent: Continental Elite 4061080 (108 length) I'm going to give this a shot. If anyone thinks this is wrong please let me know and I'll change my post Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
