how about starting a different pole, like how many would like to see the V6 2014 styling?

I just read a post about the other pole from Fbodfather and I agree with him. Right now polls will not tell the whole story until most everyone sees the car in person.. So I will ask the mods to delete this thread until the cars hit the showrooms. Thanks everyone for participating and keeping it civil.

Ah come on. This thread starts to show that people don't prefer the refresh (despite the link to it from the thread fbodfather started which has turned into basically a kiss a$$ session) and you now want to delete it?

No, 47.12 to 52.88% isn't enough to really call it a definite lose as of now. In fact it much closer than that other pole was with a little over 100 votes. I still think it may be too early for forming a final opinion.. Seeing it it real life could have an effect on the outcome. From posts I have read from people on here that actually have seen it in person at the auto show many have changed their opinion of it. I have changed my mind on other cars after seeing them in person. I hated the HHR when it came out, but the more I saw it on the road I started likening them and ended up buying one.

you should add comparison pictures
its also unfair still because all colors haven't been seen nor the convertble...i'll be at the ny auto show sometime this week but i still want to see what those tail lights look like in black

also after F-bod complained there will be way too many here that won't give their true feelings anymore since its clear those who made the changes took the criticisms to heart and pretty much dismissed ones he deemed too offensive
in reality it is what it is, we all are a pretty close community and nobody likes to rip family and friends and after seeing F-bod pretty much show he was hurt by a lot of the comments i expect much less harsh words on here but as of now i'm fine with the front changes would much prefer rounded aggressive taillights until i see it in person or in different color variations and see if it changes my perspective

I voted that I liked the changes, however that doesn't mean I like the MY '14 more than the current MY. It's a Camaro and it's still similar to what we have now with some changes.

I was in between choices until I saw it it person, then I changed my mind to yeah I do like it, BUT I must say its not like a landslide improvement, its just a bit better overall.

I also want to see the V6 versions, all we know right now is they won't have the extractor hood. Fbodfather did say there will be greater differences between the SS and V6 than what there is now and I am wondering what they will be.
I don't think people will vote they like it to appease Scott, it's a anonymous pole so nobody can see who voted what if you don't comment on your vote.

I think they moving away from the American muscle car look towards the European sports car look.
Maybe Gen 6 will take it's design cues from Porsche next... |

The problem I have with the tail lights are the wrap around they do. I think if they weren't wrapped around and more frenched-in, they would look more like the 69 tails.
