Nice trailer. I saw it in Em's thread. I'm wondering about your truck and the weight of this and the car. Do you foresee any issues?

Well, though the truck is only a half ton, it's got the HD tow package...

Engine Oil Cooler, Trans Cooler,

The Hemi engine with 390+ HP and 400+ torque, and 3.93 gears... There is a switch on the dash that is a tow/haul mode... It locks out the overdrive, and increases the shift pressures.

I already have the brake controller... and I'll be buying a load leveler with a sway controller. I opted for the four wheel brakes as well...

It will drink some gas but I think it'll tow just fine...

I have already towed pretty close to this much weight with no issues... My biggest complaint with the trailer is I couldn't get radial tires...

They run cooler and roll easier.. and they last three times as long... Oh well... when I replace them, I'll go back on with radials...

I was just reading the weights you mentioned and wondered. Looks like you have it covered for sure!

I appreciate the thoughts... If all else fails, my brother is a truck driver... I'll swipe his tractor and weld a ball on the back of it... Gas mileage may be about the same.... and I could then drive as fast as I wanted...

DangeruSS hooked me up with a little artist rendering...

My trailer will not have the aluminum doors, but the rest of it ought to be pretty close...

Thanks Russ...
