416 Stroker stock pump/injectors

Does anyone know if you can run a 416 stroker with the stock injectors AND stock fuel pump? This is a nitrous car and I have a dedicated fuel cell/pump for that. Should be making between 500-520rwhp on stock compression.

I’ve got a 418 and ran out of injector. Went with 52lb. I don’t know about the SS pump, mine came with the ZL1 pump.

How much power did you make?

Stock injectors are around 42 pounds at the rail and with 600ish HP at the flywheel they will be running roughly 80% duty cycle. My SS makes 495 wheel and there seems to be plenty of pump and injector. I think you will be fine with the SS pump and injectors, but they may be working kind of hard.

If running pump gas just buy LSA injectors and a ZL1 pump

Thought you couldn't run LSA injectors because of the different spray pattern? I'm almost thinking about running a boost a pump and stock injectors. Seems like the C6 Z06 guys are making up 550rwhp on the stock injectors.

Great explanation. 600 at the flywheel is appropriately 510 to the wheels kind of looks like where I'll be at

This is assuming you are going to be on pump gas. If running E85, you will definitely need to address the fuel system. Sounds like a fun build!

Wow that's interesting. I think you may be right. I looked more into it and saw other people using them NA as well. It's amazing on how much misinformation gets spread around.

Yes I'll be running pump gas. Definitely should be, I'm excited to get the motor back in the car.

I don't have that engine yet.
However I am going to install ID1050x injectors and going with a dual fuel pump for the future 416 stroker that I will obtain.

I ran LSA injectors NA on a heads/cam car just fine. I also installed the zl1 pump since I knew e85 was in my Future.

540+ hp to the wheels.
