What would it look like without a bowtie?

Like this.

I was chopping, and I needed to delete the bowtie for some reason... and this was the result: frankly...I think it looks like it's missing a nose.

LOL Yeah I dont like it at all! It definitely looks like there's something missing. Can you do a chop with a billet grille? I wonder how that would look on the 5th gen...

Yeah, I definitely think the bowtie is required for the front end to look right.

I'd just like to see them move away from the gaudy and dated gold bowties on cars. They should be silver/nickel/etc. or body colored with a silver outline.

I forget where i read this, but I seem to recall those little bowties cost 25k to make, each. I suppose thats why the concept cars cost 2M

But yeah, taking the chevy emblem away makes it look like the tip of its nose is missing. And it still doesn't look right with SS or RS like you've done in some of your other pics

Wow...looks weird.

Now, that silver w/ silver grill looks great! I wonder how that turns out w/ production....and how quick a silver billet grill becomes available. Dang...the aftermarket is going to be going nuts w/ this Camaro.

Oh, and those black mags are really growing on me.

Damn it's ugly without the bowtie I actually love the bowtie and will demand that it is on mine since I want to stick out even more in this Volvo infested country. I get a warm fuzzy feeling whenever I see that bowtie

Color Matched or Coordinated Bowtie-

I chose the green with silver 'cause I always liked my brothers Kawasaki in Silver w/Green. The orange isn't quite perfect though. But you get the idea.

Colors > Gold

My vote goes for either a gold or silver bowtie... Since I want a dark grey/pewter 09, I think silver would look best with mine. But as long as I GET one, I won't be picky about the little things!
