Yes red is better than black. These were done at the dealer and are still perfect after 19 months.

I don't remember. It was part of the "Sunset Edition" which has escort 9500c 5 spoke wheels powder coated every thing blacked out and tinted windows. They did it all up to be in a car show and I bought it that way. I think that the Sunset edition options totaled 5k.

Anybody put Red Calipers on a ZL1
Mike does it all. No exchange available for the ZL1. If you coordinate with him, his turnaround was quick. He had the calipers done in 24 hours. Total downtime was 7 days.

Did mike the powdercoater provide the ZL1 caliper decals or did you have to get them from somwhere else? I want to get mine done in ZR1 blue. Everyone's cars look bada$$ with the color calipers btw.

I am going to get mine done over the winter. I was thinking red or yellow, however I would love to see what blue looks like. Make sure you post up picks of yours once they are done. Blue sounds kewel, I would love to see them!

Thanks! There's someone on here that has a AGM ZL1 that has done the blue calipers already. I can't seem to find the link. Anyone else know who?

I've been wanting to do mine red for awhile. I had the calipers on my 4th gen powder coated red and they looked awesome. I agree the black calipers and black wheels just don't look right. I wish we had a color option from the factory like the vettes do!
