18" drag radial scratching sounds?

So i have a 15 ZL1 and i just got my 18 inch mickey thompson radials on and i keep hearing this scratching noise and its not the tire rubbing it only occurs when my back end goes down like when i hit a slight bump or make turns i hear a scratching sound on and off does anyone know what this may be and how to address it?

or it could be scraping the brake caliper. What wheels do you have?

I have 18x11 factory reproduction 1le rims

check your parking brake cable on the inside of the wheel.

I had the same problem with my 18 by 11 reproductions with Hoosiers
Just had to tie the cables. Simple fix.
