2017 1500 miles on it,still detonates under throttle
Are these 2.0 notorious for detonation

Suggest you get rid of it as soon as possible... Neither you or your wife should be driving such a terrible car.. The rest of us love the go cart.

Considering the 2.0T in the Camaro has been used in multiple vehicles now with no widespread accounts of what you're experiencing, you either have a lemon or you're a Ford troll.
