D1SC Pulley size help

I know boost is a measure of restriction and therefore every setup differs from another. But can anyone give me an estimate on a pulley size for a d1sc procharger to make 9-9.5 psi or 550-600whp? I have a cat delete and a Rod mod manifold. Everything else like cam, heads, etc are stock. I bought a 4.50 pulley but if and when the time comes to install everything and dyno tune it i'd much rather have another pulley or two with your recommendations incase it makes too much or too little power/boost and not have to pay for another tune and come back. Thank you.

I have the P1SC-1 and the crank pulley is 6.75" and 3.7" blower pulley and made 6.5 lbs boost and made 566rwhp then went to 3.4" blower pulley and made 8.2lbs boost no Dyno run. Then I put a 3.2" blower pulley and made 10.2 lbs of boost and dyno tuned at 661rwhp 575rwtrq @ 6250 rpm. If that helps any, but make sure you do not over spin the blower. ProCharger has a calculator on their page to help figure out rpm of the blower.

On my old 2010 2SS/RS I had a D1 and (2) Pulley choices, 4.63 & 4.38
I never tried the 4.63 but I made 9 - 10 lbs with the 4.38

My set up was..

Procharger 2010 Camaro SS High Output D-1SC 8 Rib Satin Supercharger
Procharger 3 Core 825HP Intercooler
Proflow Surge System
Procharger 4.63” & 4.38 Upper Pulley (currently running 4.38 Pulley, 9-10 lbs of Boost)
Procharger 7.65” Crank Pulley
Procharger Crank Balancer Pin Drill Kit
Procharger PCV System
Procharger Air Inlet System
Procharger Drain Kit

What was the hp and trq @ 9-10lbs boost on your 2010?

566rwhp at. 6.5lbs? that's really impressive, is your car otherwise stock in terms of airflow?

This is pretty much the setup I would be looking at. This is great to know, so maybe I can expect somewhere around 7-8lbs with the 4.50 which may put me around 550-600 wheel? thank you for this info!

Made 595 to the wheels on a very safe pump gas street tune and I had all the std supporting mods; Headers, Exhaust, Injectors, installation & tuning by Redline.

Car was dam impressive but the more I drove it the more I realized the A6 just didnt work for me so I switched to a ZL1 M6 with a 10K Redline Stage 4 upgrade and more power

My tuner said I was the highest hp with just bolt-ons Camaro LS3 he has done...He suggested valves, springs, lifters and rockers and oil pump. I said when I do my cam all will be done including studing the heads.
