I want a 19” wheel set up..will it work

Hope I don’t offend anybody but I never liked 20in rims on a muscle car. I always felt a higher sidewall tire gives it a more aggressive look. With that being said an 18” wheel is too small for our cars so I was thinking of going with a 19x9.5 with 275-45-19 on all for corners! Anybody have that set up and pics or suggestions. Thanks guys

Yes 19's will work. The Z28 came out with 19's. Just check the tire height between the stock tires and the size you want to go to. If they are the same height you won't need to change the tune in the computer.

I’m looking for the Z28 wheels to put on my 2011 2SS are there any mods needed to get them to fit, I read there’s a bit of a poke from the fenders

If you are looking for OEM Z28 wheels, good luck with that! If you do find any, and they are hard to find, they are going to cost you a pretty penny!! Phastek Performance or MRR Designs offers a "replica" of them for a great price. I got mine, when I had them from Carlos at MRR Designs and they fit perfect, no poke at all. 20x10 +23 front,, 20x11 +43 rears. Here is a pic of them.

My buddy Max runs a 19x10.5 square setup that looks incredible. I'll see if I can find a picture.

Those wheels are cool looking!! Aren't they the ones that one of the vendors, (PK Auto Designs) had a group buy going on last year?? I almost got a set because the rears could be had in a 12 inch wide size. But man were they expensive.

I don't think these have ever been seen (or will be seen) on a 5x120 bolt pattern - they are typically on tuner cars and this set was custom made. Definitely a great look, I love the dark bronze on black. This entire car is absolutely gorgeous.

No shame in that. Most of the time 19's are going to be lighter than 20's, and removing unsprung weight helps with pretty much every aspect of performance and ride quality.

I'm running 19 in. Apex ARC-8's for my summer set. 10's in front and 11's in back. 295/35/19's all the way around.

19 inch wheels were standard equipment for the V6 Camaros without the RS package, so you can definitely make them work.

Do you mean 18" wheel would look too small? I have 18" rims on my SS and I the tires have lot of sidewall, i like the look.
