Factory Reproductions Style 41 ZL1 Fitment Wheels,
For those that have or have seen the Factory Reproductions Style 41 ZL1 10 spoke wheels, can you give me your opinion as to whether the satin black or gloss black looks better on a silver ice metallic Camaro SS?
I've seen pictures at the Factory Reproductions Facebook site and on this thread http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...292326&page=54 but sometimes they appear the same when I compare pictures. I thought the gloss black would shine more than I want but can't really tell if there is really a lot of difference. Also does the satin black have any shine or is it a matte/flat black? |

Can't speak for satin I have not seen one in person but gloss black has a decent shine to me it's just right. These wheels are amazing. What sizes are you going with?

gloss has way too much shine for me. Satin was perfect.

If I get a size bigger than stock will it through more debris on the car? Also will it affect gas mileage and make the car slower due to extra weight? |

The satin on silver and gloss on the red both look amazing. Maybe I'll be good either way.
I saw a silver Camaro with the black wheels near the place I work so I'm going in a little while to try to catch the owner and find out which version is on the car. |

Depending on the size of your tires and your offsets you may need mud flaps to prevent debris and your mileage could take a minor hit of 1/2 mpg or less.

The are 20x9 up front and 20x10 out back with the stock SS p-zeros. Honestly I think you'll be happy either way. I was going back and forth too and sometimes still wonder how gloss black would look but I am very happy with my satins. The nice thing is if they get a little dirty with brake dust and such they sill look ok. As long as you dont touch one of them. Then they all need to be cleaned.
