There are a lot of reasons to join a forum. I just want to know why Camaro5 is the forum for you.

Because I want to learn more about the 5th gen (and previous gens) and this has proved to be a wonderful place to do it. Plus its fun meeting other enthusiasts many of whom know a lot more than I do so Im constantly learning more everyday. And I noticed basically everyone here is extremely polite and helpful :-D

I'm here to show interest and passion for the 5th gen. I plan on getting the SS2/RS BLK and would love to see this website turn into something like LS1tech. (w/out the trolls) I think there is a great group of people on here and can't wait for us all to share our stories and shkit when we get our cars....

Because out of all the forums regarding the new Camaro, this is the most fun (see shunt). And no one here seems to have an attitude, especially the really experienced members there's none of the I have 8000 posts I know everything type. Everyone seems to really be interested in finding out about the car far more than hearing themselves speak (or type). This forum is by far the most entertaining forum I've seen, i guess that is the biggest reason.

because I'm a Camaro enthusiast. I already own 2 Camaros and I'm not going to buy a Mustang or Challenger just because the Camaro is a little more, weighs over a certain amount, doesn't come in a certain color or it has /doesn't have some trivial convenience item. I've been planning to get a 5th gen Camaro since the first drawings came out on the internet. I've changed jobs to allow me to make more money, moved to a different area to allow me better access to better paying jobs, sold other cars to get more down payment money and made other sacrifices to insure I will be able to get a New Camaro when it is finally available.

"I like Chevys" is maybe a little too much, but "I like Camaros" is close enough

I didn't know anything about the car but I have learned quite a bit in the last few weeks, not only about Camaros but also about cars in general!

Have a chance to see the coolest and hottest pics 'bout the 2010 Camaro.
And I can enjoy the thoughts, opinions and ideas of all those other Camaro fans in this forum.

I am with Did. I live Chevys is too broad. I like Camaros and Corvettes. Once the vert comes out I will decide which to take home with me.

Yeah, I definitely joined because I'm very interested in purchasing the 5th gen Camaro. Before I purchase a car I try and do as much research as I can. So for the next 10 months I guess I'll be getting a lot of research done before I purchase the Camaro...

I definitely plan on getting a new camaro, but not at launch. Something to get further down the road, then it will go in for paint, for my avitars paint scheme.
