I plan to hit town Thurs around 2:00. Hope to hit the IMS Museum. Maybe CTSCC qualifying if our tickets get us in on Thursday? Heading out Sat AM

Thursday evening on Main Street they do the hauler parade which is pretty cool. Last yr they had the ZL1 pace car

Pre-race open grid fan walk - CTSC/TUDOR Championship & MEET & GREET WITH LAWSON @ his Camaro on the walk
1:00pm-ish
MEET & GREET WITH LAWSON IN THE CAMARO CORRAL - GIVEAWAYS!!!
11:35-1pm
NSCS Practice
12:14-12:45
TUDOR Championship live auction
1pm-2pm
CTSC/TUDOR Championship Pre-Race/Track Crossover
2pm-2:15pm
Warm up - TUDOR Championship (all classes)
2:35-5:05pm
CTSC Race (150 minutes)
3:30p-4-ish
MEET & GREET WITH ACTION EXPRESS @ their hauler in the paddock

TUDOR Race (2hrs, 45 mins)

We're still working with Lawson Aschenbach of CKS Autosports for his appearance time IN our Corral & will provide an update soon.

As a reminder, if you haven't ordered your tickets yet, please do so by 7/23 & will need to pick them up at will-call. Those who have ordered tickets, they have been mailed!

NASCAR practice will be cool to watch.
Is there a map of the facility showing where the Corrals are located? I could not find one on the track or IMSA sites.

If I'm reading the information correctly sent with my tickets, parking will be in Turn 3 Infield. I assume they will have an area marked CAMARO somewhere but don't know for sure.

How many people are staying at the Host Hotel?

I just realized it's on the south side of Indy and couldn't be farther from where I'm coming from. I might look for another motel closer to the Northwest part of town. I'm only staying Thursday night.

There is a decent hotel in brownsburg right off I74 that a bunch of people stayed at during the camaro5 fests might want to check that out.

We're supposed to be parking between the lake and the back straightaway / Hulman Blvd., near the crossover bridge. You'll enter from north side of track, 30th Street Gate 10 and you'll be directed to the Corral.

We're staying at the host hotel and I think there are a few others.

Thanks, I pass by there everytime I go to Indy. I think I'll stay at the Host Hotel, it's not that much further of a drive. Look forward to meeting some of you there.

It would be a little back-tracking for me, coming from Camby, but I love rolling with 'The Group'.

FYI, the Meet & Greet with Lawson will be DURING the 11:30-12:45 Fan Walk at his CKS Autosports #01 Camaro. Should be toward the latter part of the walk.

Immediately following the Fan Walk, he'll be joining us IN our Corral!!! This is when we're planning to do the giveaways as well.

The schedule's been updated in Post #60.
