Iphone issues

Got a new iphone and it works great about 75% of the time, the other 25% it just randomly stops playing music and a no supported device detected message comes up on the camaro screen, WTF is the deal with that? Anyone know how to fix it?

What vin# do u have?
Not sure if there is a VIN# range that it applies to, but somewhere here on the board people have posted up about an update that has to be performed by the dealer for the Camaros with the connectivity package...

Try searching on here, cant remember where it was though. I have the same problem and havent had a chance to carry mine back up to the dealer to get the update yet. My vin# is 33532.

Hope this helps bro!

Mine does it EVERY time I get in the car. If i havent been in my car for a while, and I get in, i have to do the following....

-Turn CAR ON
-Plug in iPhone.
-Get error message "Device not compatible, OK to remove"
-unPlug iPhone from USB cable.
-Plug iPhone BACK in
-Play music.

Now if I get it playing, drive around a while, get outta the car with my iPhone and get back in a few min later and plug back it, everything is OK, it will start up and even go right back to the song that was playing. BUT on startup, it does it EVERY time.
