I have a smartphone and use one of those cradles with a suction-cup to mount it to the windshield. Works well and does not block anything meaningful.

I can assure you I know exactly what came on MY CAR. Your the one who needs to bone up before you tell readers getting a RS will solve a phone problem.
Just relax Mr 1LT we are all just trying to help!!

I'm looking into getting a Camaro, and one thing I'm noticing is a lack of places to store stuff/set things. (2LT w/ 4 pack gages) is it just the center armrest and glovebox? that leaves no place to put my phone while in the car!
You must have a big phone!

Thats why I love the 1SS I still have tons of room in front of the shifter. I cant decide what to fill it with. Either my full Encyclopedia collection of the 5 sheets of 4x8 plywood I have lying around.

Yea in my 1SS I leave my work badge, phone and gum down where the gauge clusters should go.
BUT last night I went to Whataburger and got a large drink (6 million ounce foam cup) and had a hard time shifting because of where the stupid cup holders are... Had to bend my wrist all weird to shift. lol.

I'm almost tempted to go after the 1LT Synergy Green package.... which would fix the storage issue, to a point, but makes the situation worse, by having no leather!... :/ I do suppose stuffs can go in the center console, i just typically keep service papers in there.

You can always just turn your cellphone off, and put it in your pocket, and check for messages when you get where you are going.. much safer that way too...
