Detailed the Camaro over weekend

Well after about 25 hours total, a lot of sweat, and a little blood (yea I manged to cut myself with the Porter Cable ), I have finally finished my paint correction on the Camaro. It didn't come out as good as I would have wanted it in certain areas, but it certainly is a major improvement. I spread the work throughout 3 days which helped out some. To get the job done, I used Adam's Swirl and Haze and fine machine polish followed by their liquid paint sealant and Brilliant glaze all topped off with Americana wax.

I gotta give a shot out to Nick from Adam's for getting me to buy Americana while at camaro5 fest. Used it for the first time yesterday and it blows any other wax I have used in the past out of the water. Thanks again Nick

Oh and here are some pictures during and after the work.

Looks absolutely PERFECT man, great work!! I'm glad you popped for the Americana as well, I knew you'd enjoy it.

I have to ask though...you cut yourself with the PC?!?

It's quite the interesting story.

I love the Americana wax. I have the sample size, and honestly I have a very difficult time deciding whether I like that or Blackfire midnight sun better.

My favorite thing about Americana is how easy it makes sheeting. It is definitely the fastest sheeting wax I've used.

Thanks Nick and yes the Americana was well worth it. But Yea, since I like to use the PC without the handle, the top plastic piece has a chance of coming off. Well it did while I was changing backing plates and somehow it cut me and I didn't notice it till I had the pad on and getting ready to polish the passenger door.

Whatever cut me did it deep and cleanly, because I was bleeding quite a bit for a small cut.
