Does anyone have a copy of the pictures from the OP? They seem to be dead links, and I am having a heck of a time finding this location.

If you have an SS you can see a passthrough in my video of my boost gauge install.

Thanks, is it running through the same hole as your hood release? I can't seem to tell where it is going into the firewall.

Yes. Same hole as the hood release. Just pop out the hood release rubber guide and the hole is about as big around as a dime.

There is an unused hole directly above where the battery cable passes through the firewall.

I can't seem to find the unused hole, and it doesn't look like like wire harness will be able to share the hole with the hood release. Maybe I am missing the hole somehow, I will try to post some pics

Forget it, the hole is there plain as day, not sure how I missed it before. Glad I went to take pictures. Thanks everyone for the help!

The red positive battery wire is actually down. So you know the orientation of the hole.

I'm in the same boat as you and still can't find this magic hole. Literally feel like a virgin in the dark with no sense of touch, feel or taste... with any pics if available. Seems like all of them are gone from these posts for some reason.

Okay... I am without a doubt the biggest noob Camaro owner in the FREAKING WORLD!!!

The hole isn't visible and I am pretty sure I accidentally pushed the grommet or the cover into the land of no return because now it's just an open hole but...

1. You reach in on the drivers side of the engine bay

2. Find the wiring that runs the wiper motor and the red positive cable for the battery

3. In the center of where those two are is the grommet or hole the runs threw the firewall and if using a piece of hanger it butts up against the back side of the air vent in the car

I had the door open and fuse panel off for some additional lighting... looked up and saw my wire.

Sorry for the duplicate post. Will get some pics posted when I install the Innovate Motorsports 3891 DLG-1 Dual Lambda Oxygen Gauge and will make sure to include the ones of the location of this hole. Thanks again to everyone who either posted to my thread or who posted here because it seriously helps a ton.
