ac blowing hot out driver side

Have any of your cars started blow warm out out the driver side and cool air out the passenger side? There is a way to reset the hvac control module it seems to work cant say for how long but you don't have to disconnect the batter there it is

Place the ignition switch to the OFF position.
Connect all previously disconnected components.
Remove the HVAC control module fuse for a minimum of 10 s.
Install the HVAC control module fuse.
Ignition ON.
Wait 40 s for the HVAC control module to self-calibrate.

then start and turn a/c on turn car off the turn back on with a/c on i can't say this is permanent fix but it helps for at least 20 key cycles so far.

Better than replacing the blend door actuator or control module if you are out of warranty like myself.

Yes! This happened to me a while ago, and a little while afterwards a belt started squeaking under the hood followed by the a/c going out entirely. I took it to the dealer and apparently a belt was installed backwards from the factory or something. I don't remember the exact details. Idk whether or not it was related to the driver side blowing hot for a while or not though...

Well its not a permanent fix it goes back to blowing hot but until i can find a dealer that will warranty it with no issues ill just keep resetting.

Yeah, it's the damn actuator door thingy. Did it in my Silverado and I did the reset deal because it's expensive to replace and the labor is ridiculous as you have to rip the dash out...
