ARH Rules

I purchased my headers from LMperformance another good company by the way, easy website and quick shipping. When Fedex delivered my headers the box looked like it was air dropped from a C-17 so of coursed i inventoried it and found that the parts bag was opened and had parts all over the box and one of the gaskets was bent in half. I contacted ARH and explained the issue to them and I'm telling you the next day I had the new parts at my doorstep no bs. Great customer service, Thanks ARH

Decker, You just described exactly how we do things here. We're just as focused on customer satisfaction after the sale. Unfortunately you can't control how the packages are handled after they ship. I'm glad we can be of service.
BTW, the line about the package being dropped from a C-17 is still hilarious. I made sure to pass it on to the carrier. Funny thing, he wasn't laughing.

Nick

I gotta second this, although mine didn't get airdropped, dunno if I should be jealous or not, quality is second to none! Such an awesome product, which awesome results!

Thanks again Nick! I appreciate it!

My situation was similar... I ordered my ARH's from Sean at Phastek (GREAT SHOP and even better customer service!!!), mine too also came looking like it had been dropped and had a hole in the side of the box. (no fault at all on Phastek's part).

I inventoried everything and then went to work. Once we started to put on the driver's side header on, we noticed the end circle was bent (hints the round hole in the shipping box) where the header connects to the cat.
Talk about a pain in ass trying to get it straight!!

I called ARH the very next morning and 1 day later; not only did i have a new header, but also a new High-flow Cat that was perfectly matched. No questions asked!!

I cant tell you how good it felt to have such great customer service!! You guys have a customer for life thats for sure.

Your product is amazing!!!
