My New Quad Exhaust Setup

I was happy with the way my car sounded with the Flowmaster American Thunder but felt like it lost too much aggression when I had the Magnaflow resonated X put on to eliminate the LT drone. I finally got tired of waiting for MRT to come out with a quad setup and decided to get my own made. I had always been planning to do the ZL1 rear diffuser but changed my mind when the NPP diffuser went on its fire sale. I couldn't find out what type of muffler was on the MRT V2 so I went with the AR25 resonators from the V1. I then bought the 4" quads off of eBay, took it to an exhaust shop today, and voila, I essentially had what I have been waiting for! I think it looks killer, deffinetly more aggressive. Here are some pics, I will post a vid later

Nice! That is something I have been thinking about doing. Always held off since the rear diffuser use to be so much.

Is that the ZL1 or NPP diffuser?

But I really like how it came out. It was something I wanted to do but when I got my V2s it was like 400 dollars for just the diffuser

I think it is the NPP. I was talking to someone at fest and they said it is like $100 now and you can get the tips for about the same as well.

Looks awesome. In fact I've been thinking of doing the same diffuser/quad setup for a while now. Just not sure when I want to tackle that.

Just a question, but aren't you running LT headers with you SC setup? If so, I'd have thought that would be plenty loud lol....but that's just me.

It's NPP, $90 out the door at my dealer. ZL1 all in would have been 6 times that much plus taking bumper off and cutting.

I do and it was probably loud enough but I had to take it to a shop anyways so that every thing would line up so I figured why not try something different. I'm going to sell the Flowmasters, too.

Thanks man! They were $135 shipped on eBay. Item #:271251388875
It was $225 for awhile but the guy finally wised up and dropped the price back to where it should be.
