Another LSA Swap - Completed

I managed to complete my LSA swap a few weeks ago..

Here are some pics and results.

2014 Camaro 1SS M6

- 1-7/8" Long Tubes, No Cats, Fuse Pulled NPP
- MAF Breakout Harness (IAT is pulled from lid)
- Solid LSA Isolator
- ZL1 Fuel Pump
- DW 65LB Injectors
- Bosch Intercooler Pump
- CXracing Heat Exchanger
- ADM 2.75" Upper Pulley
- Homemade CAI
- ADM Fluid Reservoir
- NGK TR6 Plugs
- LS9 Cam
- LS2 Damper
- Melling High Pressure Pump
- PAC 1218 Springs
- ZZP Trunion Upgrade
- LSsimple LSA Conversion Pulleys
- Complete Street Performance Tuned

I have right around $4000 invested overall.

On the max tune it made 570HP.. Safe tune is 560HP (Dyno sheet attached)

Since I went with the CXracing heat exchanger, the hoses ended up on just one side which was a much cleaner look.

Congrats! Very nice setup. Who did your pulley setup, (not familiar with that company)?

I've used LSsimple on a few of my projects for clients and such. It's high quality stuff, and they are very familiar with LSA swaps that use the truck spacing (Camaro uses the truck spacing). And for $350 for all the parts, it couldn't be beat. Just needed to measure for the belt.

Nice set up bud. Gauge set up looks great. Would you recommend the aem unit? Also, how are you tapping into the exhaust for your wideband? Does it require getting an extra bung installed?

The AEM unit seems pretty slick. I like the fact that it knows to auto turn on/off and dims itself. I'm happy with it thus far.

As for the Wideband, I added an extra bung into the cat simulator. Since I had a welder I just welded it up on the bench. If you delete rear o2's in your car, you'll have an extra bung though.

What dyno? I also think that dyno sheet was from the 6th or 8th run, so it probably was heatsoaked beyond belief.

Then again.. My friend and I did a test against a car he was building and mine. Everything identical EXCEPT they used an Edelbrock eForce blower. It actually dyno'ed 550. So maybe it's just the difference in Dynos?

Dyno jet, heatsoak could deff be a factor Is this car auto or manual ? I know someone with a similar setup makes 640 on a BTR 1 cam which from what I hear is only slightly bigger than an ls9 cam 10-15hp worth . I'm not knocking you I'm just saying. I'm gonna be Doing a 2.75" pulley and BTR 1 cam soon and I hope I'm well over 600

manual car. And I know you aren't. I'm actually about to start building a 416 stroker on the stand for a spare / higher HP motor. I'll have to run at the track for a more accurate gauge of what it does
