Well, well, well...
Corvette SS mule photo's:
http://www.jalopnik.com/photogallery/CorvetteSS/ Someone's life will be forever changed once GM reps track these shots... We'll see for how much longer these pics remain on the site before they're forced to take them down. |

Well, after reading the manufacturer's plate, I would say it’s the real thing. I think someone just lost their job. Scratch that, I think someone just took a free ride in a “Black Suburban” to nowhere…

I'm a bit disappointed there's no semiautomatic transmission, they're most definitely behind the competition in this area.

my thoughts exactly. looks like there is quite a hood scoop from the under hood pic. I like it cant wait till we can see what it looks like without the cloak and daggers. scratch the daggers part GM needs to keep the daggers. aimed strait at the hearts of ford and dodge.

That is a pretty interesting design for a s/c. It looks like the intercooler is integrated on top of the supercharger itself.
As for the guy.... I have a few possible scenarios. First, GM wanted these potos leaked. This shipping guy for Lufthansa sure had quite a bit of freedom with this car if he was able to open the hood and all..... kinda suspect. Second, they gave these guys access to the cars becasue they have to be able to move them in and out of the plane... in which case GM should have known better and shouldn't have left the cars alone like that... My guess is that these pictures were intentionally leaked..... |

SS is perfect. The flagship of the SS lineup
It isn't the first time GM has had a Corvette SS anyway

Here's the old thread about the Corvette. Read post #25. It won't be called the Corvette SS if it is made. |

It will be in showrooms.
Don't count out the SS nameplate just yet

Story sounds plausible but a bit fabricated at the same time. It can't possibly be that big a deal, but then again maybe it is... to GM.
