This is the beginning stages of modding the car too, once they are out and in full effect we will see what tuners are capable of. I wonder if they can swap the IRS for a SRA? You know there are drag racers there wanting to know this exact question.

Fwiw, i hate the bumpiness of my 5.0 (I'm on coilovers though).

I recall the same rhetoric when Buick brought out the 3.8 SFI TURBO (intercooled) '86 Regal, only with 2 more cylinders. "V6?? What's this world coming to?!" Unless you had a spooled-up Porsche 930, BEWARE!

Chevrolet's answer? John Lingenfelter ran in the 6's a very long time ago with a stock block 2.0 EcoTec Turbo. The OE crank in those would support 500+ hp. Chev will be "ready". And Chevrolet Performance Parts already has go-fast stuff available, with more in development.
