NPP Flaps Not Working w/ Mild 2 Wild

I just installed the Mild 2 Wild and the NPP flaps do not switch. I can hear the clicking noise coming from the Mild 2 Wild box when I press on or off on the remote, but nothing happens. I successfully programmed the remote to the MyLink buttons as well. Everything was installed correctly so I’m wondering if I missed something or there’s a deeper issue that needs to be discovered. Any ideas?

Don't really know but;
So if you squat back there (with eye protection, sunglasses at least, don't want that metal packing goin in your eyes that's BAD) and see if the flaps actuators move upon initial startup in the OEM configuration? That was you can see if the vacuum lines and valves and actuators are working. If yes, Then see if a proper signal is coming out of the module, I don't recall if it was 12v electrical to a vacuum valve or what.

Have you rev'd it up or taken it for a drive to determine if the flaps aren't working?

The flaps are always open at idle, so you won't hear them close/open unless you rev it up a bit, or take it for a spin and get the car up past 1k rpm.
