Park it in the winter and drive a beater. Anyone that's owned one, knows that Camaros suck in the snow. I had an 88 IROC that you couldn't even push through the snow. I don't ever plan on trying my '69 in the snow, but I'm sure it wouldn't be much better.

That's what the Regal is for. I really don't care too much if someone were to rearrange the way the body is held together. Heck, you should have seen my winter beater last year, the ultimate urban assaulted vehicle.

Driving to work at McChord wasn't too bad as long as I kept it slow.

I have A 4x4 silverado and have used it in 2 wheel drive for most of the current weather event. 18" in Tumwater and if my wife can do it so can you just use commonsense. This type of weather event are few and far between. Plus I had to drive BRT for 21 hours yesterday I need a nap.

I disagree...but Im originally from chicago when there is snow the snow crews are working 24 hours a day. I have driven year round on summer tires with no problems. Ive driven well over 300K miles in the last 6 years. here in the northwest not only are the highways crap, but when it snows its like the DOT is caught off guard. Here in Portland metro area their solution is to just close the highways. In washington I drove a minimum of 100 miles a day, and all I ever saw was some sand dumped on the snow, and yes I was still in my summer tires. With time you learn how to drive in it, and read the road, granted there will be times where things are out of your hands. I haven't been able to get my camaro out of my parking spot for five days, and Im disabled so Im not digging it out. I dont have the luxury on having a beater, and honestly I dont see the need for one.
