Anyone have DYI instruction for outer door weather strip / trim removal.

I'm trying to find a DYI or manual instruction for the outer door felt trim removal where the glass meets the door.
Its a black felt strip going from the mirror area, the length of the door.
Does the interior door panel have to come off?

Front Side Door Window Belt Reveal Molding Outside.

1.Remove the inner door panel and the tweeter speaker.
2.Remove the 3 nuts that hold the outside mirror on the door.
3.Remove the fin trim to remove the sealing strip.
4.Pull the outer sealing strip up and away from the upper door flange.

Hope this helps.

Thanks, but I think I invented my own way while waiting for a reply.
I just removed the one screw holding it in place, gently pulled the molding up about 1/4 inch until I got to the mirror area, then just slid it out.
5 minutes and I solved my problem.
Showed the moldy strip to the dealer and they agreed to order me two new ones.
