Here's a story for locals... Well, I'm taking my tint off the sides. Damn Monroe Township police pulled me over for doing 58 in a 50 on the Black Horse Pike... 4 cops showed up like I was a criminal. (come on...) But he FOCUSED entirely that I had the side windows tinted. (only 35%, but he didn't care) He wanted to know why and I told him that I love my car and I want it nice in 20 years and no cracking/fading in the interior. (I also like the slick look) He was so aggressive, but came back and told me if I took it off, he'd drop the ticket. He gave me a warning for the speeding. So whatever... I'm too old to deal with getting pulled over for 58 in a 50... ugghh... Watch out in Williamstown!

That kind of crap, insurance state surcharges and the blizzard of '96 is what led me to bail out of SJ. I grew up down the road from Atco, in Indian Mills (Shamong).

This is exactly the reason why I have held off adding tint. As much as i want it I don't want to have to deal with situations such as this. i also dont want to have to worry about looking out for cops and crossing my fingers every time one is nearby on the road. Not worth it for my sanity. I live in Washington Twp.
