Most likely you'll get some sort of efficiency out of the install....but I can guarantee that youll all but lose that and even more since you'll be throttle happy for a while afterwards!

Any advice??I want something nasty sounding that makes good power, my car is a garage queen, has vararam intake, magnaflow x-pipe, 2 race bulletts in the rear, and by end of the week stainless power longtubes with race pipes. I dont care about gas mileage or that junk but i do care about cel's. plan on building it down the road with heads and bigger displacment, any suggestions?
I love the LG....even if we weren't dealers, Id still love it. Between that X3 Cam, and another one that we're actually workin on (23x/24x ...... ) I think those are the two Cams that are going to be the ones to beat as far as power goes.

Got a little more tweaking on the later (tune) but it's goin to be a beast.

My thoughts....

I am installing the TSP 231/236 112 LSA cam next week in my 10' SS auto. Will be adding the SLP UD, CAI, alreday have LTH's, 3" X-pipe and exhaust with SLP PowerFLo exhaust. Also adding a 2800 Stall/Torque converter. Will be converting to LS3 by ridding of the DOD and AFM crap. I will be providing video and pictures too so look me up in a week or two and you can see what the TSP cam did for me.. Hope this helps.

interesting!! when do you think you might be done with this project?

Do you guys have any opinions on the vengance stage 3 cam? I feel like that is a cam in the middle of the Tsp and LG cam?

Done with it....but it most def needs to have a tune done by a competent tuner! LOL

Once I have more than 5 different cars and dynos, it's on. Installing our 4th this Sunday.

Ron has some nice Cams coming out of Vengeance. Nothing but good things to say about Ron.

I saw the original posting of this vid and I think an LSA of 112 was mentioned.

Vengeance racing cammed tubbed black camaro vid

Anyone know the specs of the Vengeance Racing black camaro cam in the video on you tube with the tubbed out(i assume)judging by the size and depth of the rear wheel black camaro, it sounds nasty, deep and choppy deep lope. Posted by Ron i think, wonder if its custom grind or one they currently offer and is it a 112? or lower?

If anyone has any detailed questions and wants to talk directly to us, feel free to call myself or Louis here at the shop any time. 972-429-1963

The G6X3 is currently holding a number of records in both Corvette and Camaro as far as cam only power and drag times. It has proven so far to be one of the best cams we have done for the LS3, but remember every cam is different and we do have other models if this is to big for your particular setup or combo.

Someone had asked about MPG, of course any time any of us gets a new toy to play with, those first few tanks are going to go by pretty quickly. Once that settles down and your back to normal driving, you are going to see a slight drop around town. Highway mileage should not change and in a few occasions it has actually gotten better going to a full exhaust, cam, CAI over a stock setup.

Love my DD G6x3. Sounds nasty and its torque curve pulls like a freight train. I dont think you can go wrong either way....

I have G6X3 cam. Red lights and start ups in parking lots always draws attention. Fantastic power through the gears and easy to drive, my wife can even drive the car and she not use to a standard. One of my favorite mods. Thanks LG.
