For sure the fascia is so low and those Parking lot curbs is to high.

Yep, looks about right. Mine hasn't been ripped off that bad, but I'm certainly in need of a new fascia. It was even an issue at stock ride height.

I also got a ticket for honking my horn at a prius who almost hit me today. The officer wrote he did not witness the horn but heard it and he thinks it was not justified. So it has been a pretty terrible day

Actually, a bumper is the metal structure under the cover. The part damaged in the picture is a bumper cover.

In California if you honk your horn too much it makes global warming worse. Plus, every government entity in the state is looking EVERYWHERE for additional revenues. They may even get warrants to come into your houses and look in the sofa and chair cushions. LOL.
