Good day at the dyno hit 900+ on a stock bottem end LS3
Car has been turbo for over 3 years, 600whp, 700whp, and recently was making 800+whp for the last year on the 78/75 turbo. Changed turbo to a Precision pt8847 and decided to see what it could do. Setup is pretty basic, the motor only has a btr stage 1 turbo cam (btr valve springs kit, push rods) heads never been off, all other stock internals. Running e85 with a Squash fuel system twin walbro 450 pumps, fic 1000cc injectors and aem dual nozzle meth.
Getting a some boost creep above 6000rpm and letting out a little early, boost was peaking 18-19psi and looked like power was still climbing if we could rev it out more safely. Adding a second wastegate to control boost a little better. Car feels like a monster on the street spinning a 325 drag radial after hard hard 2-3 shift, guess we'll see how long it lasts at this power level graph shows a 78/75 on 16psi 13.5* timing vs a pt8847 on 18psi 12* timing

Those went bye bye a long time ago. Have a ZL1 diff setup now. Weakest link should be the monster LT1-S twin disc clutch, which is rated at 700/700, but so far holding up like a champ

Wow! Grenaded a SBE on 12 lbs which thought was a little crazy on a Roots. Lol Running a Monster Triple here Imho they seem a little conservative on their numbers but a double at your Power. Congrats!

Congrats! Awesome numbers.
I firmly believe I could have hit 850-900rwhp @ 16-18psi with my Huron single and PTE7675... but couldn’t keep plug wires alive during my dyno sessions. |
