Does anyone know who makes the best clear chip guard film four cars?

That opinion will change from year to year as the different manufacturers are always making improvements. But Xpel and Suntek are among the best and you wouldn't go wrong with either. I am sure there are others folks will suggest here. I've had cars covered a number of years ago in Xpel then 5 years later the installer recommended Suntek as it leaped ahead of Xpel. And back and forth they go.

I don't know whether or not either company has a pre-cut kit for the Z28.

Make sure you review with your installer all the details about warranty, care, etc... I've been very happy with both of the companies I mentioned.

There's a guy by me that sells precut clear - can get suntech or xpel - I have the new version of xpel ultimate on my focus RS and am very happy with it. I hear suntech's latest is the best. his name is:

I have Xpel Ultimate plus on my front bumper, splitter, hood, fenders, doors, front 4 inches or so of the roof, rear lower quarter panels, luggage strip underneath center of trunk. I mostly drive fwy at high speeds with cars in front of me. These paint jobs chip easily, but, at 13k miles, I have no paint chips on my car since I installed the Xpel. It really works that fantastic. i have a black Z/28, and nobody can tell that I have xpel on it. It still sparkles like crazy. I highly recommend it.

I have xpel ultimate plus.

Main thing is the installer. They're the deal breaker. Shop around. See their work.
