So I just called the 800 number and I was told my TPW is 4/13 but that the phone lines are so busy with other callers he was unable to get thru to the vehicle order status offices...

The rest of you need to get off the phone

okay.. so no new news.. but I was never given a actiual TPW before.... so I guess that is okay, even though it is now passed tense..

I ran a full update on chevrolet.com and a bunch new were found. Not sure how/why but it is what it is. All of them were lower than the currently found. The highest found is still 3502 however there are now 1355 in the list.

yuppers Washington is now up to 20 cars.. most of which are dealers show cars.. funny thing according to my dealer the paperwork they just got today on the 1LT show car was suppose to be there the 13th of April !?!? LOL...

oh well.... just awaiting....

So the US update completed (it wasn't done before) and it looks like that time where they finally assign the one-per-dealer V6's has finally come!

There's now 1428 total cars including 302 V6s!

Still only shows 1 car for Burlingame, CA and according to my dealer he has 3 verified VINS built so not sure what the deal is.

If the other 2 are above 3502, that would explain it. We haven't gotten any VINs above that yet but we know they've gone past that. Not sure why. It looks like they may be stepping up their prevention of us getting the info on cars going forward.

I got my vin # today from my dealer. The last 4 digits are 3714.

there are now 1478 cars on the list.

HAHHA just filtered for WA... 28 cars now... mostly the V6's WOW those things popped up fast.

So it looks like the v6 cars are being assigned in batches to dealers. This is probably being done by regional GM reps. For example, florida only has 1 v6. This is probably a customer car. But NY now has 48 (all but two going to Major Chevrolet). WA has another 22. So my guess is that those reps have already gotten around to assigning their cars whereas other regions have not. Within the next week I think we'll have all the v6's found/assigned.
