Rear Bumper Alignment

Alright, had to take off the bumper in order to get the gfx bezels out. After I finished doing my work I put the bumper back on but the spacing seems to be millimeters off. I noticed it specifically on each side in the lower part of the bumper where the side marker light is. Anyone here remove their bumper and get it back on with the factory spacing?
Got the wife over naging about once you take it off it will never be the same. I am on a mission to prove this woman wrong!!!!

I am guessing I missed one of the fasteners? The spacing problem seems to be on both sides evenly. Ill post pis here shortly.

I've had mine off and didnt look. Now I have to go and check mine. I did notice that when I put mine back on I took extra care to make thowe tabs to line up. I had to do the drivers side twice.

Well when I took it out I tried to make sure I snapped everything in correctly. The seam just seems to be off a little. There are no obvious bumps in the bumper like if I had missed a fastner.

Make sure the screw is tight in the fender well and I think there were clips in that area too. Mine lined up fine, no issues here.

There's the thing. I had to loosen that screw a considerable amount when I originally put it back on because it would make that tip of the bumper that's nearest to the wheel poke out. It just doesn't look lined up like it did.

I may try to loosen the other two torx screws in the wheel well tonight, pry off the bumper on the sides and see if I can get it back. I just hate to keep pulling off the bumper.

Loosen everything up and try to realign it. Alternate rt/lt corners when you tighten it up. Take your time and don't go more than 2 turns per screw.

That screw you speak of pulls the point in, just make sure that the rear of the bumper is fully pushed on too.

That screw on the end needs to be lined up better. If the edge sticks out then it's def off a little. Just take your time and use a light too make shore they'd line up good.

When I was putting in my rear LED side markers and popped out the sides of each bumper I initially had the same problem with getting the lip to line back up again. What I found was that the inner liner was not going over a part on the bumper that is nearest the lip. Once I corrected that it lined up again. Something to check anyway.

Yes thanks for the input! I plan on trying to realign it tonight and see what I get.
