Got total counts from GM today of 2737 total Camaro 1LEs built for 2015.. They wouldn't give me anymore info on breakdown. :(

Any ideas?

I've been looking for several days and can't find any info... I keep seeing that it's not possible to find out how many cars were made w/ specific options but I really need some kind of official documentation. I ordered my 2012 2SS/RS convertible because NO ONE had a stock car w/ the combo of rally yellow, gray interior and manual transmission. I was rear-ended 2 months ago and will be discussing diminished value compensation in the near future. I want to have proof that my car is nearly irreplaceable due to the specific options I ordered it with. I've looked at the list of production totals and have tried to figure out how to prove it mathematically but I somehow doubt the insurance company is going to think much of a math problem. ANY help is appreciated.

Have you tried contacting Chevrolet Customer Service? I would suggest contacting them. If they can't get you the breakdown, then I am afraid that you are outta luck.

Good luck!!!

Just my opinion here. But very few people actually care that you ordered a yellow Camaro with grey interior. New mass produced cars are no where as collectable as older cars, and never will be. I'm sure your car is special to you, I know mine is to me. In the end it is one of 500,000+ produced.

Has anyone gotten the final build numbers for 2015 for the generic Camaros i.e. by trim level, powertrain type, color etc. I would definitely be interested in the final numbers

Regarding production #'s

2015 Camaro production

103,563 total units

84,929 Coupes
18,634 Convertibles

Out of those, here are the totals they gave me for the Spring Edition, Green Flash models (RPO B7J):

707 total units

649 Coupes
58 Convertibles

I have made another request to have RPO B7J broken down into Stick shifts vs. automatics. If I get any further information I will post it up here.

I am pleased to say I have one of those 58 convertibles with a stick, NAV and NPP.

Happy motoring!!!
Regarding production #'s, thanks for posting!
I just picked up my 2015 GF edition convertible on Mar. 12/16
Did you and Bud 1LE 2SS RS get your letters of authenticity you asked for back on Feb. 7th?
Did you hear any more back from your request to Chevrolet Customer Service to have RPO B7J broken down into Stick shifts vs. automatics?
Please let the rest of us know when you get more info. or your letters as I'm sure we all want one! Thanks

1. Yes, I got my letter.
2. No breakdowns on transmissions.

Good luck as it appears that not all Customer Care employees are on the same page.

Regarding the production #'s "so many people are always looking for these statistics...does Chevrolet not publish their actual #'s after each production year? I thought even Wikipedia would do research and post the results but they don't have them either?

What info does this letter show/ state?, are you able to post a pic?
Did you happen to get the name or phone extension of the customer service rep you talked to?
Thanks
