I was wondering....(and I have a cert for a '13 ZL1).....aren't there people, real folks, working for Chevrolet?.....and....doesn't anybody in the company have the intelligence and capability to actually solve problems?....I mean, if we can put a man on the moon, and land a rover on Mars (and my cousin was a manger on that project)....can't someone, anyone, solve this problem?

William said the certificates are no longer available for 2013 and earlier models. Great. Just my luck. What happened? Did they run out of paper to print them out? Doesn't make sense.

Epic fail, Chevrolet.

I just got my Certificate a couple days ago. I have a 2013 that I bought in late 2012. How come I got one, that is if they don't have them anymore for later ZL1s???

A long overdue congrats!!!!! Ridiculously long wait period.

Thanks, I had given up on ever gett'n one, and I almost tossed it thinking it was just some sort of sales ad stuff. So I was really surprised when I opened it and there it was, my long awaited for Certificate. Funny though, now I'm thinking of trading-in for a 2015 Stingray.

Interesting thing happened yesterday. I just bought my car this past Sat. Jan17th. I figured I'd not waste time and email the link in this thread for a cirtificate on Monday Jan19th. I got a call the very next day from Chevy thanking me for the purchase and telling me my cirtificate was already being processed and I would have it in 2-4 weeks!! They followed up with a confirmation email amd told me to expect a call from the engineering team to talk to me about my ZL1 and go over it with me! Wow!!

I think the certificate was introduced by Fbodfather and is a cool idea. Sorry to hear some had such a long wait. I had to go through Super60 to get mine here in Canada.
Anyone hear from either of these guys lately? They don't post much any more.

After reading this I decided to send a email to see if I could speed the process up. This is the response I got...

"Greetings from Chevrolet!

We would like to thank you for choosing the 2015 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1. We share your excitement and are eager to present you with your owner certificate. We are currently finishing development of the 2015 Camaro ZL1 certificate and you can expect to receive yours in mid-late February.

Thank you for your patience and understanding."

After several emails I finally got my certificate. I have to give credit to a certain GM care specialist because she was determined to get this for me. So it is possible to get this even if you're from Canada, just takes a bit longer is all. If any other Canadian members want that certain GM care specialist's email just PM me and I'll pass along the info.

Got mine after 3 weeks of owning the car. Also got a call from a factory ZL1 engineer last week asking me how I like the car and if he could explain anything about it to me. We had a great 20 minute conversation. I asked him a lot of questions, including the track apps and the common mods done on these cars. I think it says a lot for a company to do this. Way to go GM.
